Barack Obama decided to strike military blow to Syria, only this time the American president shifts responsibility for the armed intervention to congressmen. It directed on Capitol Hill the resolution — the one-page document in which reminds of the right under the law of 1973 to use country armed forces abroad within 60 days. Without Congress approval Obama isn't going to begin war now. To pressure congressmen, the head of State Department John Kerri declared that has proofs of use of the chemical weapon in Syria — allegedly there are tests from Damascus. As they fell into hands of Americans, the diplomat didn't specify.
So coincided that at the time of publication of the decision of Obama in the Pink garden of the White house, on the other side of the residence there was an anti-war meeting. On polls, support attack to Syria only 25% of Americans.
