reconnaissance services of the USA intercepted the negotiations of the Syrian military testifying to use of the chemical weapon

Staff of the American reconnaissance services managed to intercept negotiations between official of the Ministry of Defence of Syria and the commander of one of divisions of chemical armies who took place in day of alleged chemical attack, reports on Wednesday the American magazine Foreign Policy.
According to the edition, the content of these negotiations obviously testifies that the chemical weapon was used by Syrian military, instead of rebels.
Nevertheless remains not clear, whether the commander of division used the chemical weapon on own initiative or to it the order from above arrived.
"We don't know precisely why it occurred, but we know that it was very silly" — quotes the edition of the representative of Administration of the President of the USA.
